Below you will find famous and infamous individuals that populate the world of Rosha. Players may use these for reference or, with a few exceptions, as NPCs. Players may not kill any off any individual listed within the Notable & Notorious Archive, nor may a player gain significantly from an encounter with any character listed here. For instance, you may not NPC a King and have him grant your character a position of importance within the kingdom. They only will be encountered in their respective Realms. Exceptions will be clearly noted and may not be NPCed, they are listed here solely for reference.
